The double servo NC feeder is composed of two sets of symmetric and mutually independent servo feeding systems. Each servo feeding mechanism includes: frame, servo motor, servo drive, a pair of main and driven transmission gears. A pair of main and passive wheels, main drive shaft, drive axle, passive axle, PLC and photoelectric position sensor.
Compared with the traditional NC feeder, Ruihui double servo NC feeder changed the structure of the feeding mechanism, and changed the original servo feeding mechanism into two sets of symmetric matching and independent feeding mechanisms. The roller feed is changed to feed the two sides of the component.
Through the sensor tracking, PLC control, the diagonal error of the shearing material is controlled within the allowable error range of the product, eliminating the error that the original product cannot eliminate.
Moreover, the double servo NC feeder feed roller can maintain the cutting precision even if it is worn during the production process due to its unique detection method and rich servo system software support.
