2. Mechanical NC feeder: It is a simple and easy to use machine. The principle of relaxation is exactly the same as that of the roller feeder. The relaxation movement is fast and fast. It does not need to be controlled by the cam angle, and the relaxation is accurate and timely. High stability, especially suitable for high-speed feeding in short steps, of course, due to the need to install additional relaxation devices.
Therefore, the scope of application is not as wide as that of the pneumatic NC feeder, but if both can be installed, Ruihui Machinery recommends that the customer prefer the mechanical NC feeder.
